Program Name: Walmart Week 22 Demonstrations

 

Needed: 

·         Standard demonstrator, Female ages 18-55

·         Able to cook and prepare samples

·         Enthusiastic

·         Energetic

·         Eager to sell

Dates:  

·         Thursday, July 1st-Sunday, July 4th, 2010

·         No Reschedules- ON DATE ONLY

Times:  

·         Thursday-  10:00AM-4:30PM

·         Friday - 10:00AM-4:30PM

·         Saturday- 10:00AM-4:30PM

o   6 1/2 hour demo

o   Talent must take a 30 min. unpaid break

Locations:   

YOU CAN WORK MULTIPLE DAYS AND CITIES IF YOU WISH

Rate: 

·         $14/hour (6 hours)

·         Talent must take a 30 min. unpaid break

Event Details:

·         Talent must educate customers on the features and benefits and of the products

·         Event Manual with product details and cooking instructions are included in event kit located at the Walmart store.

·         More details to come

Uniform: 

·         White button up blouse/shirt

·         Black pants

·         Close toed black shoes

·         Professional and presentable appearance

What the rep brings:

·         Talent will not have to bring anything

Training:

·         Talent will need to review the event manual

·         Talent will need to be well versed in the selling points and product

Event Kits:

·         Event kits will be found in store

Demonstrator Instructions:

·         Talent must locate the Walmart Bright Ideas Event Specialists to check out one of the Bright Ideas ASM carts (orange or blue) and event kit. Cart details listed on event manual.

·         The Bright Ideas carts will need to be wheeled out onto the floor near the product and will be used to merchandise the products on the shelves.

Product Purchases:

·         Delegate must locate ASM Rep in store and  have the ASM Rep  call  ASM Customer Service Hotline at 1-888-524-9192 and have ASM reps Comdata Card uploaded with program amount (located in Manual) and purchase the product for the Agency representative.
