DEMO PROGRAM EVENT DETAILS

Program Name: Walmart Technical Event-Visa

 

Needed: 

  • Individual to perform the role of a trusted confidante to the mainstream shopper who is seeking to improve his/her life financially (i.e., someone who can convey that he/she has learned to manage money better to improve their lives).
  • Males or Females ages 20+

Date:  

·         Friday, July 16th

 

Times:  

o        6 hours total – 2:30-8:30PM

§         (no break/ lunch) 6 hour demo

Locations:   

 

Salt Lake City, Utah

Layton, Utah

Rate: 

·         $16/hour (6 hours)

 

Event Details:

·         Talent must educate customers on the features and benefits and of the products

·         Event Manual with product details and cooking instructions are included in event kit located at the Walmart store.

·         More details to come

 

Uniform: 

·         White button up blouse/shirt

·         Black pants

·         Close toed black shoes

·         Professional and presentable appearance

 

What the rep brings:

·         Talent will not have to bring anything

 

Training:

·         Talent will need to review the event manual

·         Talent will need to be well versed in the selling points and product

 

Event Kits:

·         Event kits will be found in store

·         Tracking will be available upon request 1 week prior to the event

 

Demonstrator Instructions:

·         Talent must locate the Walmart Bright Ideas Event Specialists to check out one of the Bright Ideas ASM carts (orange or blue) and event kit. Cart details listed on event manual.

·         The Bright Ideas carts will need to be wheeled out onto the floor near the product and will be used to merchandise the products on the shelves.
