DEMO PROGRAM EVENT DETAILS

Program Name: Walmart Week 36 Sierra Mist – RUNNER

Talent Needed: 

·         Standard Male of Female Demonstrator, ages 18-55. Outgoing, personable and able to talk to large groups of people.

Dates:  

·         Saturday, October 9, 2010

·         NO RESCHEDULES ALLOWED

Times:  

·         8:30AM – 6:00PM

·         9 hour demo

·         Talent must take a 30 min. unpaid break

Locations:   

Burley, Idaho

Ammon, Idaho

Chubbuck, Idaho

Idaho Falls, Idaho

Perry/Brigham City, Utah

·         Rate: 

·         $120 per event (9 hours)

·         Talent must take a 30 min. unpaid break

Event Details:

·         No product purchase necessary for this event. Talent will be assisting with distributing soda samples

·         Event manuals will be provided to you in advance of the event

Uniform: 

·         Long sleeve white button-down or collared shirt/blouse

·         Black pants

·         Close toed black shoes with a back and non skid sole.  High heels not permitted

·         Professional and presentable appearance

·         Event may include special uniform (top only), which would be provided – details to follow

What the rep brings:

·         Talent will not have to bring anything

Training:

·         Talent will need to review the event manual

·         Talent will need to be well versed in the selling points and product

Event Kits:

·         Event kits will be found in store

Demonstrator Instructions:

·         Talent must locate one of the “Bright Ideas” Event Specialists working in the store.  If they cannot locate, ask Walmart personnel for assistance in locating them.

·         None for this event

·         Any questions or issues at store, the rep must call ASM Support Center Hotline at 1-888-524-9192 for assistance.  They are not to leave the store for any reason without contacting this number first.
