DEMO PROGRAM EVENT DETAILS

Program Name: Walmart Week 36 L’Oreal Studio Secrets Primer and Visible Lift

Needed: 

·         Female who can convey passion for beauty products, who will be expected to wear/model foundation and to perform the role of a 30-50 year old beauty consultant who can advise shoppers on finding the shade that works best for them. 

·         Knowledge of beauty products and background in retail pertaining to beauty products are a plus

·         Enthusiastic

·         Energetic

·         Eager to sell

Dates:  

·         10/7-10/10 – please see below store list – each store must run on the date assigned to it.

·         NO RESCHEDULES ALLOWED

Times:  

·         Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM

·         Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM

·         Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM

·         Sunday: 12:30 PM – 7:00 PM

·         Start/end times cannot be changed

·         6 ½ hour demo

·         Talent must take a 30 min. unpaid break

Rate: 

·         $17/hour (6 hours)

·         Talent must take a 30 min. unpaid break

Event Details:

·         Talent must educate customers on the features and benefits of the products

·         Distribute sample cards and handouts

·         Event manuals will be provided to you in advance of the event

Uniform: 

·         Long sleeve white button-down or collared shirt/blouse

·         Black pants

·         Close toed black shoes with a back and non skid sole.  High heels not permitted

·         Professional and presentable appearance

·         Lab coat and hat will be provided on site

What the rep brings:

·         Talent will not have to bring anything

Training:

·         Talent will need to review the event manual

·         Talent will need to be well versed in the selling points and product

Event Kits:

·         Event kits will be found in store

Demonstrator Instructions:

·         Talent must locate one of the “Bright Ideas” Event Specialists working in the store.  If they cannot locate, ask Walmart personnel for assistance in locating them.

·         The blue merchandise cart will be wheeled out onto the floor near the product and will be used to merchandise the products on the shelves.
