DEMO PROGRAM EVENT DETAILS

Program Name: Walmart Black Friday Event

 

Needed: 

·         2 standard demonstrators per store. Males or Females ages 18-60

·         Enthusiastic

·         Energetic

 

Date:  

·         Friday, November 26, 2010

·         NO RESCHEDULES ALLOWED

Times:  

·         12:30 AM – 4:30 AM

·         4 hour demo

Locations:   

Evanston, Wyoming

Rock Springs, Wyoming

Gillette, Wyoming

Sheridan, Wyoming

Casper, Wyoming

Rate: 

·         $100 per person per event

Event Details:

·         Early bird shoppers will be directed to form lines throughout the store.  Demonstrators will walk around to each line passing out items from their bag of goodies.

·         Event manuals will be provided to you in advance of the event

Uniform: 

·         White button up blouse/shirt

·         Black pants

·         Close toed black shoes

·         Professional and presentable appearance

What the rep brings:

·         Talent will not have to bring anything

Training:

·         Talent will need to review the event manual

·         Talent will need to clearly understand all event details

 

Event Kits:

·         Event kits will be found in store
