The casting for this commercial is anchored in one main aspect. A great smile. We need smiles that when you see them you can't help but smile yourself. The sort of smile that telegraphs from not only the mouth but the eyes and the entire person. 
The idea is that each woman, as she goes about her daily routine, is going to encounter some sort of unusual reminder to schedule a mammogram. This moment will trigger that glimmer of recognition and a bit of a smile. In some cases a big smile - some of these reminders are pretty grand.
