Short Synopsis: A new sheriff of a small town along the U.S. & Mexico border investigates a drug cartel deal
that went horribly wrong.

NOTES: This movie has language and violence so your talent should be OK with both. I will have a slot for
ethnic versions of almost all roles.

ROLES:

Jerry (60s), husky clerk. A hard face reflecting a hard life. But proud. 
Ken (30s), the lone man. He’s a wiry but handsome individual. Clean-shaven as of this morning. Speaks some Spanish.
Lilly (20s), a winsome but frail looking thing.
Samuel Gibbons (30s), fights himself to wake up. He is handsome, built like a brick.
Lydia 40s), the attending nurse.
Harry (60s), the portly owner of MONTECITO DINER.
Clay (30s) a Border Patrol Agent. An overlooked man with a big job.
Ellie (30s), the type of gorgeous girl, who never amounted to anything.
Ramona (50s), a weathered former beauty queen, works the DISPATCHER TABLE.
Clive (20s) squints that misfit face of his into a question mark.
Eugenio (30s-40s) the floor manager CAMPION AUTO PARTS STORE must speak spanish.
Woman #1 (40s), alcoholic trailer-rat.
Tow Truck Driver (50s). Any Ethnicity except Caucasian.
Owens Zevallos (50s), the stout bar owner, sweeps the floor.
