Wasatch Theatre Company announces auditions for their annual Short Shorts Festival, which features original scripts from local playwrights. Auditions will be Thursday, December 5, from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., with callbacks on Saturday, December 7, at 10:00 a.m. in Studio A at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center (138 West 300 South in Salt Lake City). Those auditioning will be asked to read from provided scripts. No appointment necessary. The performances will be January 23 – 25 at the Rose Wagner Studio Theatre. Most participants will be cast in several different shorts, so this is a great opportunity for someone looking to have fun with multiple characters with a non-intense rehearsal schedule. Most rehearsals will be held in evenings after the holidays.
