UPDATE: SENIORS and DIVERSE ETHNIICITIES strongly needed
Shoot dates: July 5-6
Total number of roles: five
Compensation: $150 per day, paid on-site, cash
Talent release required
No sides or lines to memorize
Audition: submission of headshot by email only
Caucasian people needed also but persons of Hispanic, Asian-American, African-American, First Nation or pacific Islander heritage strongly encouraged to apply. Diversity of weight, style, and "look" strongly needed. Persons who are differently abled also encouraged to apply.
Medicare/Medicaid provider company seeks persons of a variety of ethnicity and ages for photo shoot and video shoot in Lehi and/or American Fork.
1 role: Gentleman age 65+ any ethnicity
1 role: Woman 65+ any ethnicity
1 role: Woman age 25 - 45 to play single mother. Any ethnicity. Women with small children age newborn through five strongly encouraged to apply. Additional compensation for a woman with small child.
2 roles: man, woman age 25-45, any ethnicity to play couples, young parents, man in wheelchair, doctor, pharmacist, etc

Producers note: this is a fun project for people in the Utah County area who are interested in getting a chance to have their face seen in a health plan's brochures, websites and video. The client is a good company that provides services to the Medicare/Medicaid community. The company provides services to people who are disabled, elderly, young single moms, and low income communities, etc. Working together with local churches, state programs, charitable organizations, and other organizations this company helps people get access to relief, and the things they need to make their lives easier and to help them live comfortably.
