Kaysville

Auditions are open for the city’s upcoming Fourth of July production of “Anne of Green Gables,” a musical written by Norman Campbell and Donald Harron. Auditions will be on April 9 and 11.  Applicants are asked to prepare a one-minute song in the style of the show. 

Audition slots are open from 7-930 p.m. both days, though appointments are required. Those can be made by sending an e-mail to kaysvillecitytheatre@yahoo.com with your requested audition time, though a confirmation e-mail will need to be sent back to you before the appointment is official.

Clearfield

Auditions for the city’s summer musical, “The Sound of Music,” will be held April 19 at the Clearfield Community Center. The auditions are open to everyone ages 5 and older, though parents must be with anyone ages 12 or younger. Those auditioning should come prepared to sing 30 seconds of a musical theater song. Accompaniment will be provided. 

The city is also holding auditions for their youth production of Peter Pan on May 3 from 9 a.m. to noon. Callbacks will be from 1-2 p.m. that same day. Kids or teens must be between the ages of 8-15 to audition.

Farmington

Auditions for the city’s summer musical, “Annie Get Your Gun,” will be held May 1 and 3 at the Farmington Community Arts Center. Please prepare 16 bars of an upbeat song in the style of the show. Headshots and resume are appreciated, but not necessary.
