Casting call to be held at
Spy Hop Productions on
“ANTAGONIST”
A 10-day production shot between July 10th and
July 20th.
SYNOPSIS:
Hat Man wants nothing more than to be a nice guy and
control his own life. Unfortunately he is controlled by Charlie, who is writing
a horror film where Hat Man is the murderous antagonist. When he is not being
controlled by Charlie, Hat Man tries to make amends for his killings. After he
can take it no longer, Hat Man decides to strike at the heart of the problem.
When Hat Man shows up at Charlie’s front door his true character is revealed.
CHARLIE
($40/day)
A Male between the ages of 25 and 35, with messy
hair.
The antagonist, a pompous, tenacious writer who is
completely consumed with his own work. He is obsessed with his current project,
a horror film starring Hat Man as the antagonist. He doesn’t have any friends
and resorts to telling his story to anyone who will listen.
AMY ($40/day)
A beautiful Woman between the ages of 20 and 30.
A bright, fun-loving, outgoing Woman. She is initially
frightened by Hat Man but is quick to surpass her judgment. She is the one
person who befriends Hat Man and looks past his image.
FRANK ($40/day)
A large man with body tattoos.
The cashier and the plumber, he does what’s required and
tries to get by with his life. He doesn’t care what other people think and
doesn’t try to hide the fact that he’s not interested in Charlie’s story.
ANA ($20/day)
A cute little girl between the ages of 6 and
10.
A girl scout who enjoys selling lemonade. She is
confident and isn’t afraid to speak her mind when Charlie shares his script with
her.
BOB
($40/day)
A Male between the ages of 40 and
60.
A proper gentleman who keeps to himself and believes that clothes make the man. He is quick to judge Hat Man when he encounters him in the restroom.
