Local Utah casting director is currently casting for a new short film titled, "Cops and Robbers.
 
Project is said to have an "amazing script."
 
As of today, there will be no budget for Actors but the casting director of this project has stated that next year they will begin auditioning for a number of paying SAG indie projects so this is a great chance for you to get in front them.
 
This film will also be screened by some big leagers.
 
Here is the cast breakdown
 
This is a short film about 2 robbers deciding to rob a bank at the same time w/o knowledge of each other. Filming will be in January.

2 Main Characters:
Connor/Ajax O’Connor – 25-35, white male, looks very different with beard and long black hair then when compared to clean shaven and short blonde hair; medium biuld

Pat Chots – 30-40, white male, intelligent, smart, clean, thin

8 Minor Characters:
Lt. Brown – 45-55, white/black male (could go either way), big, commanding,
Bank Teller Whitney (works the counter) – 25-30, white female, blonde straight hair
Security Guard (on the floor) – mid to late 40s, white male, heavy, slow, innocent
John (hostage near door) – mid 30s, male, medium build, dark hair
Kathy (hostage who tries to help Security Guard) – early 30s, female, attractive
Officer 1 – 30s-40s, male, big build
Officer 2 – 30s-40s, male, big build
Officer 3 – 30s-40s, male

38 additional characters/extras:
1 Bank teller working the counter – 20-30s, male
1 Bank teller working the drive up window – 30-40s, female
2 civilians talking to tellers – 1 male (30-40s); 1 female (40s)
3 civilians in line for tellers -
1 Manager in the vault - 40s, male
1 civilian in the vault at the safety deposit boxes – 50s, male
1 Manager in an Office – 40s, female
2 Loan workings working at desks – 1 male 30-40s; 1 female 35-45
1 Civilian at a loan desk working with a loan manager – 30s, male
2 people entering the bank (will stay near the door the whole time) – 1 Mom (mid 30s); 1 child (young boy)
2 paramedics – 30-40s, male
15 civilian spectators watching the commotion going on outside the bank – All across the board, want a big variety with the lowest being 20s and the highest late 60s
4 officers who arrive at the beginning – 30-40s, male
2 more officers strictly for crowd control – 30-40s, male, big build
