A local small film project is looking for a few good actors in Reno, Nv .
We will be auditioning on September 10th from 5:30pm until 7:30pm, at
'The Studio on 4th'. The Studio on 4th is located at 432 E. 4th Street,
Reno Nv 89503. All auditions will be cold readings from the script. We
will be shooting three consecutive weekends starting September 28th. In
addition to speaking roles we will be needing a few extras as well.
This will become part of a web-series.
Synopsis:
Employees of a local steakhouse have very dark secrets, and are ambivalent to each others lawbreaking pastimes.
Parts available are:
Five males, 25 to 55
One female role mid 20's.
Character Bio's:
ALEX - mid 20's to 30's. He is a jackass of a businessman who loves himself more than anything else, he believes know one is as good as him, very out spoken. He works at a business firm where he has excelled at becoming one the best in his profession by doing what ever it takes to get to the top.
PETE -- mid 20's to 30's. Businessman that works with Alex, doesn't really like Alex but kisses his ass because he knows Alex will eventually be top dog. He competes a little with Alex but in the end is not all that confident.
JOHNNY -- mid 20's to 30's. Another businessman that works at the same firm as Alex and Pete. His is good friends with Pete and pretty much agrees with everything Pete says, also kisses Alex's ass but doesn't really like him. Not very confident either and is a follower.
MR. FREEDMAN -- mid 40's to 50's. The boss of all three businessmen, very confident and doesn't care about anything else but money and power, very low key. Loves Alex because he is a producer and that is all he cares about.
JANE - hostess at the restaurant, early 20's to mid 20's. Very beautiful and sexy, is actually a thief and uses the restaurant as a cover to pick out her next target. She works for a powerful man that has her steal from those he wants her to steal from, he also has her do other various jobs as well. She is very Sassy and full of piss and fire.
RESTAURANT MANAGER -- Early 30's to late 30's. Manager of restaurant is nice guy but gets pushed around by a lot people, the customers is always right in his eyes. Most of the staff does not respect him, he is a bit timid and low spoken.
