We are searching for KIDS ages 5-8 and TEENAGERS 13-17 who have STYLE and are in the greater Los Angeles area to be featured in a TV commercial campaign for a major clothes retailer.

Since it's a national commercial campaign, that means there's an opportunity for HUGE PAY with residuals!

Shoot Dates: July 14-20, 2014

Pay: $10/hr (Up to $100/Day)

Please come prepared with the provided lines for your character and/or a comedic

monologue.

Synopsis: Bryce Parker is a self-effacing, closeted homosexual teen in his senior year of

high school. When he befriends Nathan, his confidently gay classmate, his ambition to

come out is triggered. Before he can, however, he must first get over his fear of what

others will think.

Characters:

Bryce Parker: (Male) Age ranges from 16-25, nervous, anxious, passive, medium

height, outwardly calm personality, and narrates to the audience. Has no outstanding

physical features.

Alex Perpenski: (Male) Age ranges from 16-25, inwardly shy, dorky, quirky, possibly

nerdy, and likeably obtrusive. Has a scrawny build.

Nathan McCarthy: (Male) Age ranges from 16-25, confident, highly social, easygoing,

comedic, direct, uplifting, influential. Tall, lean build.

Paige Robertson: (Female) Age ranges from 16-25, big personality, highly social,

engaging, has a self-image issue.

NATHAN

How’s the peeping?

BRYCE

Huh... What are you talking about.

NATHAN

There is a reason your eyes have

been figuratively glued to my ass

the last minute.

Bryce, embarrassed looks away lathering hair.

BRYCE

Did I blow my cover, on the first

day? Quickly do something play it

off with a joke. Yeah, a joke that

will work.

Bryce turns to Nathan and nervously responds.

BRYCE

Sorry I have ADD, so sometimes I

catch myself "zoning" out, and

staring at a point in space, in

this case it happens your butt.

But, when I am looking at your

butt, I am not thinking about your

butt, if that makes sense. I could

be thinking about sports,

barbecues, Die Hard or other manly

things that are not your butt. So

if you excuse me I am going to

continue washing my hair. And I’ll

find a different zone spot.

Bryce turns around.

Nathan holds his hands up, backing up.

NATHAN

Sorry, didn’t mean to call you out

on it.

Nathan smiles as he reaches out hand to Bryce.

NATHAN

I’m Nathan.

Bryce turns and gives a spasmodic wave before returning to

lathering his hair.

BRYCE

I’m Bryce.

Bell Rings. People start leaving locker room. Nathan looks

to make sure everyone is gone.

NATHAN

Have you told anyone?

BRYCE

Have I told anyone what?

NATHAN

Come on, Bryce.

BRYCE

One, not gay. Two; even if I

was this is a weird place to have

this conversation.

A long awkward pause follows.

NATHAN

I remember when I sounded like

that. You don’t have to be ashamed,

Bryce. I know what your going

through.

BRYCE

That’s it I’m leaving.

Bryce storms out.

NATHAN

Well, it’s certianly nice meeting

you Bryce.

SIDES FOR ALEX AND BRYCE

ALEX PERPENSKI

What’s it today? A Peanut Butter

Sandwhich, Apple Sauce, Granola

Bar, Carrots and an Orange Juice.

Bryce’s head raises from his arms looking confused.

Alex’s looks up from his lunch confused.

Alex Smiles.

ALEX PERPENSKI

Hey you’re new here aren’t you?

Bryce tries to be polite back.

BRYCE

Yeah, how did you notice.

ALEX PERPENSKI

You sat at this table.

SIDES FOR PAIGE AND BRYCE

Bryce is slow dancing with a Paige. Her head rests

comfortably on his chest. She looks as snug as he looks

tense.

Paige looks up and from his face. She tries to calm him down

by kissing him on his cheek.

He pulls back. She looks hurt and she lets go from their

embrace.

PAIGE

What the hell, Bryce?

Bryce looks embarrassed.

BRYCE

Paige, I’m sorry I have been

acting so strange. It’s not that I

don’t like you I, I just don’t like

you, like you.

This does not help Paige’s mood. She puts her hand on her

hip and her eyebrow rises.

PAIGE

Come again?

Bryce looks down.

BRYCE

Wow, that could have come out a lot

better.
