Submit a youtube or vimeo video of yourself playing a character. Think SNL or "Borat." Producer states: "We all have a mother-in-law, a friend, an uncle, a co-worker--somebody who is a real-life character. These are fictional characters. What we are looking for are people who are these character types either in real life or an actor or comedian who can become such a character--but play that person in real life situations."
