LIMELIGHT - A dancers' dream show opening September 12th at the Plaza Hotel and Casino, downtown Las Vegas. This is a 2-month limited-engagement show, with the possibility of extending.  There will be 3 weeks of rehearsal prior to the opening.

Singers: We are looking for a female singer in the style of “Betty Boop-meets-Jessica Rabbit,”with a killer voice and a stage presence to match.  Please bring tracks or be prepared to sing a capella.

Female Dancers: We are looking for professional dancers with excellent technique and great stage personality.  Jazz, partner work, tap, gymnastics, aerial skills and other specialties are a plus.

Male Dancers: We are looking for 1 male dancer with a “bad-boy-meets-Charlie Chaplin” vibe.  Must have strong jazz technique and excellent partnering skills.  Tapping is a plus.

The award-winning Busch Gardens takes great pride and care in the direction the Entertainment department is headed. The new shows, with more to come, have the spirit of mini Broadway musicals and the show stopping energy of shows you may see in Vegas. Some of the Creatives for our new shows include Lisa Shriver, Jeff Whiting, Baayork Lee, Matt West, Karma Camp, and Ken Billington to name a few.

Rehearsals for Halloween shows begin around 8/31, with shows opening on 9/12, closing on 10/26. We are seeking a few triple threats, but mostly strong Actor/Singers and strong Dancer/Actors. Actor's of all ethnicities are strongly encouraged to attend. The Halloween shows perform 4-6 times a day over the weekends, making your salary + leaving you open to make money in other areas or possible other training. All roles paid. Available housing options will be discussed at auditions.

Please prepare a song selection that shows off your voice and range. Contemporary Broadway or pop is best for us. Singers should be prepared to come back for a movement call later in the day. Bring sheet music. No CD accompaniment please. Pianist provided. Dancers should bring both characters and flats, and tap shoes if you tap.
