VO TALENT DESCRIPTION: Male age 25-35 years old. Utah resident that will remain in Utah for the next 5 years.

VO Direction: Friendly & likeable, no announcer just professional.

Casting Script for Hotel Application Interactive Phone System:

S:         Welcome to the Contoso Hotel.  To get started, tell me the zip code of the credit card you used to make your reservations. 

S:         That’s 9-5-0-5-0 – is that right? (zero not “O”)

S:         Thanks, John.  And for security, I see that the phone number you’re calling from matches your account.

S:         I found one reservation for you at the Contoso Hotel.  Would you like to check in now?
