ThinPlace | Pictures is seeking a lead role in the feature ABOUT A MOUNTAIN, based on a book with the same name.

Dark haired caucasian male actor, 30's with unique rugged character features, round eyes, who is based out of Las Vegas or surrounding area - to play in short that could roll out to a feature lead. Height between 5'5 and 5'8. Mid-size build. Comedy and narrative improv background a plus. Must be available the week of July 1-8th for two days.

Directed by Lily Henderson, this debut feature film merges both documentary and narrative characters and styles. Beautiful cinematography by Ed David. Produced by Joey Carey (Sundial Pictures - Executive Producer for Pariah, Jiro Dreams of Sushi, Little Birds) and Keith Miller (Director of Welcome to Pine Hill, Five Star).
