Program Name: Walmart AXE Bilingual

We have an exciting event coming up that we need your assistance in  

Requirements: 

·         Individual to play the role of the Axe Angel who promotes the Axe line of men’s Hair products.

·         DEMOGRAPHICS OF AN “AXE ANGEL”:  Female Ages 18 – 35, Bilingual (Spanish/English), where consumer population in store requires someone who speaks both languages.  Personality should be attractive, outgoing and engaging.

·         Promotional background particularly with AXE products would be helpful, proven positive sales skills.

·         Ability to seek out our target shopper as she is roaming through the store, Engage AXE shoppers in a fun, playful, flirtatious interaction that educates and encourages shoppers to purchase AXE products that day

·         Enthusiastic

·         Energetic

·         Eager to sell

Dates:  

·         3/10/2011 to 3/13/2011

             NO RESCHEDULES ALLOWED

Times:  

·         Thursday: 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM

·         Friday: 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM

·         Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM

·         Sunday: 12:30 PM to 7:00 PM

·         6 ½ hour demo

·         Talent must take a 30 min. unpaid break

St. George, Utah- Friday, March 11- 10:00am- 4:30pm

Washington, Utah- Thursday, March 10- 10:00am- 4:30pm

Midvale, Utah- Sunday, March 13- 12:30pm- 7:30pm

Park City, Utah- Sunday, March 13- 12:30pm- 7:30pm

Orem, Utah- Friday, March 11- 10:00am- 4:30pm

Cedar City, Utah- Friday, March 11- 10:00am- 4:30pm

Ephraim, Utah- Sunday, March 13- 12:30pm- 7:30pm

American Fork- Friday, March 11- 10:00am- 4:30pm

West Valley City (5675 W. 6200 S.) - Friday, March 11- 10:00am- 4:30pm 

Rate: 

·         $18.00 per hour

·         Talent must take a 30 min. unpaid break

Event Details:

·         Talent must educate customers on the features and benefits of the products

·         Event Manual with product details and event instructions are included in event kit located at the Walmart store

·         Event manuals will be provided to you in advance of the event

Uniform: 

·         T-shirt will be provided on site

·         Black pants

·         Close toed black shoes with a back and non skid sole.  High heels not permitted

·         Professional and presentable appearance

What the rep brings:

·         Talent will not have to bring anythin

Training:

·         Talent will need to review the event manual

·         Talent will need to be well versed in the selling points and product

Event Kits:

·         Event kits will be found in store
