DEMO PROGRAM EVENT DETAILS

Program Name: Faded Glory

Staffing Requirements: 

·        Model Talent ages 21-55

·        Individuals with responsibility for clothes shopping for their households/families

·        The Talent will be required to wear Women’s Faded Glory apparel. 

·        Enthusiastic

·        Energetic

·        Eager to sell

Date:  

·         Friday, May 14^th 

Time:  

·         Friday, May 14^th- 10:00AM-4:30PM

·         6 hour demo

·         Talent must take a 30 min. unpaid break

·         $18/hour (5.5 hours)

·         Talent must take a 30 min. unpaid break

Event Details:

·         Talent must educate customers on the features and benefits of Faded Glory

·         The Talent will have to purchase Faded Glory apparel on event day to wear during the event. 

·         This will be part of the Event Manual under “what to buy”. 

·         This is required

Uniform: 

·         Wear to Store-

o        White button up blouse/shirt

o        Black pants

o        Close toed black shoes

·         Purchase Faded Gory Apparel in store according to the manual

What the rep brings:

·         Talent will not have to bring anything

Training:

·         Talent will need to review the event manual

·         Talent will need to be well versed in the selling points and product

·         Specific agency one-sheeter will be provided via e-mail

Event Kits:

·         Event kits will be found in store

Demonstrator Instructions:

·         Talent must locate the Walmart Bright Ideas Event Specialists to check out the blue General Merchandise cart. 

·         This blue General Merchandise cart will be wheeled out onto the floor near the product and will be used to merchandise the products on the shelves.
