Stage Coach Theatre announces auditions for "A Dicken's Christmas Carol" - A Holiday Comedy by Mark Landon Smith and directed by Ginger Scott, courtesy of Baker’s Plays.

Auditions will be held at SCT's permanent building at the corner of Orchard & Emerald (4802 Emerald) and will be at 6 pm on Saturday the 1st of October, and 2 pm on Sunday the 2nd of October. Needed are 3 men and 4 women.

Description of the play:

From the bonny shores of England comes the Styckes-Upon-Thump Repertory Theatre Company, a stuffy old traveling troupe embarking on their fifteenth annual farewell tour of the Dickens’ tale. The company includes a cast of familiar characters every theater audience will recognize including the consummate actor and the theater diva. When the diva decides to play sick, thinking she’s indispensable, the understudy is thrust into the limelight because the show must go on. Unfortunately, the diva won’t stand for this and mayhem ensues as she tries to take her role back.
