Story
Ruth Culpepper is a young nurse stationed at Pearl Harbor in 1941. One December night she sends a scrambled message from her fiance's government office as a prank--but when Pearl Harbor is bombed the next day, suddenly her innocent little prank becomes a suspicious coded message under investigation by the US government.

RUTH CULPEPPER (23/F): level headed naval Nurse, who must defends her rights and innocence as her world is being blown up around her. Young & Attractive.

AGENT ART DYER (33/M): Short fused NCIS agent who has just lost his wife, and who forces himself through one last interrogation into uncovering possible Japanese spies. Maturing Youth.

AGENT LASSITER (45/M): Seasoned NCIS agent with very stern demeanor but who is always level headed and calm despite the chaos that is going around him. Aged, Warn, and fit.
