CASTING NEW TV DOCU-SERIES!
We are searching NATIONWIDE for MOMS OF KIDS IN EXTREME SPORTS for a new television docu-series for a major cable network from a top award-winning television production company.
* Is your son or daughter (ages 4-15) involved in EXTREME SPORTS?
* Do you cheer for your son as he annihilates his competitor in the MMA ring?
* Do you love watching your child (ages 4-15) battle against all odds in the most extreme sports on the planet?
* Do you give everything to support your child in their in their quest for excellence?
Seeking mothers with children involved in ANY EXTREME SPORT including (but not limited to):
- Boxing
- MMA fighting (or any martial arts)
- Mountain Boarding or Mountain Biking
- BMX
- Motocross
- BASE jumping
- Wrestling
- Kite Surfing
- Ice Climbing
... Or ANY extreme sport!
If your child actively competes (or is even pro or semi-pro) in the sport (rather than as a hobby only), that is a big plus, so be sure to let us know!
The show will feature motivated mothers of children aged 4-18 who are willing to sacrifice everything to support their child's passion for the extreme.

2. Contact phone number for mom
3. Name and age of child
4. City/State where you live
5. What extreme sport(s) does your child participate in?
6. Please describe your child's participation (i.e., competitive, hobby, etc.) and any accomplishments, awards, rankings, etc. in the sport.
7. Tell us a little bit about your family, your family life in the extreme sports world, and why you'd be great for this show.
8. Recent photos of you and your child - both "in action" and regular shots (jpg format please)
9. Optional - you may include links to any online video showing your child in their sport, if available.
