Role Description

Hispanic/Latino Real Mechanic: (Supporting) auto-repair techs, mechanics, car specialists & enthusiasts for a co-starring role, must have a big personality, be knowledgeable, and have a strong passion for all things automotive, interesting types, manly men, for real auto mechanics and body guys this will be the gig of a lifetime; this is an ongoing role for a reality TV show.

Audition & Submission Instructions

For consideration, submit a video answering the following questions: 1. What is your name?
2. Where do you work and what do you do there? 3. How long have you been working on cars? 4. What areas of auto repair are you strongest in? What areas are you weakest in? 5. Are there any areas you are actively working on improving or hoping to learn? 6. What was your first car? Did you put a lot of work into it? 7. What is your dream car? 8. What is the coolest car you’ve ever worked on or driven? 9. Do you have any other car related hobbies like racing? 10. Are you bilingual? If so, give us an example of the other language you speak.

Note: Video must be sent in Quicktime files. If the video file is small enough you can email it directly to
garageshowcasting@gmail.com. If not, please upload the file to a file sharing website like Dropbox.com, or wetransfer.com and send the link. If possible, walk us through the work you are doing on a car, or give us a tour of your car and some of the work you’ve done. The camera loves big energy, so please be yourself, be enthusiastic, be positive, and be big. If recording on a smart phone or small camera, please make sure you are well lit and close enough to the camera so the microphone picks up your voice. We need to see and hear you.
